Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, focusing on fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Engaging in regular communication with healthcare providers, documenting patient progress, treatment necessities, and any urgent concerns, ensuring seamless care coordination.

• Facilitating crisis intervention sessions, assessing immediate emotional and behavioral issues, and providing timely support to clients in distress.

• Assisting clients with discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources in their community.

• Collaborating with family members and support systems to educate and involve them in the treatment and discharge planning process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Clarity Wellness Center, you'll work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid California LCSW license.
