This remote role allows you to work from home while being part of a collaborative team dedicated to improving patient outcomes. The remote setting enables flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while adhering to a Monday to Friday work routine from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Counsel patients by delivering therapeutic interventions and crisis interventions, effectively managing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans in coordination with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment progress reports, ensuring compliance with department policies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with medical staff, communicating significant patient updates, concerns, and treatment modifications as needed.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community resource leaders, representing Empower Well at meetings and committees focused on addressing social determinants of health for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting a diverse population, including individuals experiencing severe mental health issues, those navigating substance use disorders, and patients seeking emotional support through life's challenges. You will play a vital role in promoting recovery and resilience for individuals within our community.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• One of the following licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling or clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in outpatient behavioral health settings or those familiar with community health practices. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly valued, as is the ability to engage with culturally diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
