In this remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while having access to all necessary resources to provide effective therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health conditions, and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized and comprehensive treatment plans that address both addiction issues and any underlying mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, fostering a supportive and motivational atmosphere.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to offer holistic and integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Play an active role in educating and involving clients' families in the recovery process to strengthen support systems and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sessions and treatment progress in compliance with applicable regulations and privacy laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals struggling with substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling, with a focus on innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the capability to effectively motivate and engage clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
